Latest News Aug 4th, 2008
Welcome to the latest news. Some set backs have reared their ugly head. Due to the volatile economy, the home that I was leasing is going to foreclosure, thus I am having to move yet again. So I have closed up the studio for the next 60 days, and I am moving on Oct 1st... most everything is in storage. So while I had hoped to put up some new videos of the new M5N, and other music, it is all on hold for now. As mentioned in last month's news, my new M5N is here!!! made by Ken Macbeth of Macbeth Studio Systems in Edinburgh Scotland. The M5N. A beautiful recreation of the Arp 2600 semi modular analogue synthesizer. You've heard this synthesizer most famously in the song "Frankenstein" by Edgar Winter Group. But another trick was used by Pete Townsend who routed his Lowrey Berkshire organ through the filter section for the famous repeated staccato lines of "Won't Get Fooled Again." I do plan on some new material after mid October as long as I have no other delays.
Please visit often as I intend to keep this fresh and update news on a frequent basis...
