Welcome to the latest news. It's HeliExpo 2012 time !!! I'm off to Dallas, Texas from Feb 11th - 14th, to HeliExpo 2012. It's the once a year annual meeting place of all helicopter vendors, manufactures of components, avionics and aircraft. I am taking a stack of resumes with me and a positive attitude of getting back to work as a full time helicopter pilot. I have to pay for my studio toys somehow right? Plus I love flying and miss it. I am expanding my search for the first time to include several oversea's locations, ideal spots for me would be Sweden, Germany, Belgium, Norway, and the U.K. as well as many U.S. based operations. I may need to brush up on my Swedish, German, and Dutch languages... ok, a lot!

As many of you know, I had some surgery last year, and have been fully cleared by my docs to get back to work! With that said, Markk II Studios has been up and running. We are taking on new directions, new goals and of course new gear. I will be shopping ideas for iOS development at the HeliExpo on iPhone/iPad apps that I have had for a few years, as a pilot for over 20 years, these are apps I see a need for, but customized to a specific target audience, will report after the show.

Some new developments from camp are; Markk continues to work with Brad O'Hearne and Big Hill Software. Just recently helped beta test a new release of "Big World" and I am excited for this new updated version, it's really fantastic and I will be using it in Dallas while at the HeliExpo. Currently I am colaborating on several new ideas, should prove to be some great work.

Due to the medical break, all of the iOS projects were put on indefinite hold, but are now back in full swing along with some new additions. Some renewed and refreshed energy has been pumped into the development side of the house and will be finalizing a few apps for delivery very soon. Stay tuned!
